The first of the three levels of Casa PF is dominated by a large open space living area that embraces the kitchen and dining areas, while a change in floor level and material guides the eye towards the veranda dedicated to the
Steinway grand piano, creating a unique creative space. Although the bright volume is in close dialogue with the external environment, it becomes a focal point for the living space that elegantly invites leisure and expressiveness. The vertical connections are custom-designed for the client, offering an unusual and playful solution that integrates physical activity (climbing) and functionality: a recreation area that becomes an elegant and inspiring backdrop for every activity. The attic space with exposed beams on the third level completes the residential project, offering further dialogue with the outside through the bay window, a comfortable glass volume that is always livable, infusing warmth throughout the sleeping area and extending the recreational experience, consolidating the strong personality present in every corner of the house.
The outdoor space unfolds from the large wooden decking area, an outdoor dining zone that adds a touch of liveliness harmoniously integrating with the natural environment. The elevated position of the property not only offers suggestive views of the city, providing a panoramic view, but also intimate tranquility thanks to the varied hedge surrounding the garden. Finally, the grassy perimeter suggests a playful and relaxing environment for moments of relaxation and contemplation, maintaining a fluid connection between the interior and exterior.
